3. AI Services (Aivory Signal)
Our AI platform provides content generation, analytics, and insights.
By using it, you acknowledge:
- Outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content
- You must not input confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content
We reserve the right to monitor usage to improve system performance and security.
4. Event Services (Aivory Events)
For event-related services:
- Scope, pricing, and deliverables will be defined in separate agreements or proposals
- Timelines and deliverables depend on client cooperation and third-party vendors
- We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control
5. Payments and Fees
- Fees for services will be communicated in advance
- Payments must be made according to agreed terms
- Late payments may result in service suspension or delays
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by Aivory Lab or licensed to us.
You may:
- Use outputs generated through our AI tools for your business purposes
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary systems or content without permission
We retain rights to improve our systems using anonymized data where applicable.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit.
However, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process, analyze, and use the content to provide services
- Improve system performance (in accordance with our Privacy Policy)
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.
8. Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Singapore PDPA.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Google Analytics, email platforms).
We are not responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
